He realized then the lack of many repair services in the market, where people were looking for other repair services beside mobile devices, and the high demand to get these services in one location, and near their communities.

At this point, Salah started to think in depth, looking into the future, and do what others have not done yet. He explored more about the best practices in personal goods repair market locally and globally, local competitors, and deep dived into the most important services to be provided such as leather goods, watches, key cutting, jewelry polishing, alterations and tailoring, along with existing mobile devices repair and related products.

After few months of understanding challenges, resources, technologies, potential customers, competitors, craftsmen, artisans, and products. Salah put his innovative skills in discovering, associating, questioning, observing, experimenting, and networking to move forward with his new idea to establish the second generation of telecom “The Crafters”.
